Family Visa

The Canadian spousal sponsorship program is designed to reunite families. If you are a permanent resident of Canada or a Canadian citizen, you are eligible to sponsor your spouse or common law partner or conjugal partner to Canada. There are 2 types of applications to choose from: inland or overseas spousal sponsorship application depending upon your circumstances.

Eligibility:

• Sponsor must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Sponsor should be at least 18 years of age or more.
• Permanent resident sponsor must be in Canada, Canadian citizen who are outside must prove intention to live in Canada once spouse becomes the permanent resident.
• Must not taking any social assistance.
• Able to take care of the basic needs of the person you are willing to sponsor.

Family Sponsorship

The Canadian family sponsorship program is designed to reunite families. If you are a Permanent Resident of Canada or a Canadian citizen, you are eligible to sponsor your parents or grandparents to Canada. To apply for a parent or grandparent sponsorship, you need to submit an online application to show your interest.

Eligibility:

• Sponsor must be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident.
• Sponsor should be at least 18 years of age or more.
• Sponsor should be living in Canada.
• Sponsor has enough money to support the persons you want to sponsor and meet minimum income requirements.
