Post Graduate Work Permit

This program is for international students who graduated from Canadian universities and colleges. This open work permit can be issued up to three years depending upon the length of the study program. The international students get valuable Canadian experience which can help transition to Canadian Permanent Residency.

LMIA Based Work Permit

Most employers need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before they can hire a temporary foreign worker. An LMIA enables Canadian employers to hire Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW). The foreign nationals who have an LMIA based job offer from Canadian employer can apply for work permit.

Spousal Open Work Permit

The spouses of foreign nationals who have work permit or study permit are eligible to apply for spouse open work permit (SOWP). This enables them to work for any employer without LMIA requirement. The SOWP is a great pathway to gain Canadian Permanent Residency.
